Is there a way to import a Logic project into Mainstage?
I've seen some posts on how to import individual tracks, but I am hoping there is some kind of "smart" import feature in Mainstage 3 that will import all the tracks at once.

If you mean "export a whole bunch of Tracks, Instrument/Audio channels, with possibly their Aux routings etc" yes...
create a Track Stack in LPX and Save it as a Patch (this will open in MS3)
